Coconut Chocolate chip bars


  1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Set aside.

  2. Head almond milk on stove top for a few minutes and add maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and coconut sugar and ground chia seeds.

  3. Combine dry ingredients with almond milk mixture.

  4. Toss in chocolate chips.

  5. Pour mixture into an 8x8 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder

  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons melted Better Body Foods coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons Better Body Foods coconut sugar

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
