    I use Livfit Superfood in a smoothie each morning; however, I have a potassium issue and MUST have a certain number of mg each day. I doubt that I am the only one with this condition.
    My concern is that the amount of potassium in a scoop is not listed on the label. If the powder contains blueberry, spinich, etc. powders that contain potassium, the amount should be included on the label.
    Otherwise, I will have to change the brand of powder. Thank you for your consideration.

    Used 1/2 cup of the super seeds, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, sweet to taste, cook, served with 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and butter. DELISH!
