    I had a question on the front it says omega-3s but on the nutrition it shown none. Does it have a significant source of omega-s ? Or no ?

      monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are fats classified as “omega fats.” Look for them on the nutrition facts. Our Chia Seeds have 7g of polyunsaturated fat.

    I used to absolutely love this brand’s chia seeds, however, my last purchase of them had several twigs inside of them! Made it impossible to eat the rest of the chia, because I didn’t want to break my teeth.

    I really like adding a couple teaspoons Chia Seeds to my Yogurt and fruit bowl. They add the right amount of crunch that I like. I also like to sprinkle some over my salads, for the same reason, crunch.
