PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
|1 broccoli crown, separated into florets|
|2 large carrots, sliced|
|3 Tbsp soy sauce|
|2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave||
|1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce|
|1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar|
|1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil|
|1 Tbsp BBF Organic Naturally Refined Coconut Oil||
1. In a small bowl, whisk water, BetterBody Foods (BBF) agave, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sesame seed oil.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and cook until almost cooked through. Add sauce and toss to evenly coat the vegetables. Continue cooking until crisp tender.
