Asian Glazed Broccoli and Carrots


Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 broccoli crown, separated into florets
2 large carrots, sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp BBF Organic Naturally Refined Coconut Oil


1. In a small bowl, whisk water, BetterBody Foods (BBF) agave, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sesame seed oil.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and cook until almost cooked through. Add sauce and toss to evenly coat the vegetables. Continue cooking until crisp tender.
