PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
Breakfast just got interesting with this fresh and easy banana chia pudding. Simply mix up some of our favorite omega loaded superseeds with almond or cashew milk and sweeten it up with low glycemic agave. Oh feel free to top it off with some sliced banana and nuts to make this the perfect breakfast that you might be wondering if its actually a dessert. |1 Cup unsweetened almond milk|
|1/4 Cup BBF organic chia seeds||
|1 mashed banana|
|2 Tbsp cream cheese (dairy free)|
|1 Tbsp BBF organic agave||
|1 tsp BBF organic bourbon madagascar vanilla|
|1 sliced banana|
|1/4 Cup granola|
|1 Tbsp peanut butter|
Option 1 (No blending): Add all of the ingredients but the maple and whisk well to combine (you may have to whisk hard to make sure that the cream cheese is fully incorporated). Add the sweetener, stir, and place in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours or until it has transformed into a pudding-like consistency.
Option 2 (Blending): Add all of the ingredients to a small blender or food processor & blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides if needed. Add sweetener, stir, and place in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours or until it has transformed into a pudding-like consistency.
