Banana Bread


Add All Ingredients to Cart
2/3 Cup BBF Organic Agave
1 1/2 Cup mashed bananas
1/2 Cup BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil, softened
1/4 Cup low-fat milk
1 1/2 tsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla
2 eggs
2 Cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans (optional)


Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl or blender, combine Agave, bananas, coconut oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
When mixed well, add dry ingredients and mix. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve.

Tips and Notes:
Serve with Cream Cheese Frosting
