|2/3 Cup BBF Organic Agave||
|1 1/2 Cup mashed bananas|
|1/2 Cup BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil, softened||
|1/4 Cup low-fat milk|
|1 1/2 tsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla|
|2 Cups whole wheat pastry flour|
|1 tsp baking soda|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1/2 Cup chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans (optional)|
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl or blender, combine Agave, bananas, coconut oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
When mixed well, add dry ingredients and mix. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve.
