PBfit® & Banana Protein Smoothie
Because who doesn't like a good pizza?!
|1 Can Pillsbury pizza dough|
|1 Can (8 oz) tomato sauce|
|1 Cup barbecue sauce|
|1-2 Cup mozzarella cheese|
|1/2 lb chicken (cooked and shredded)|
|1/4-1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)|
|1/2 bunch cilantro (coarsely chopped)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare pizza dough. You can either use store-bought dough, or you can be adventurous and make your own by following BBF's* pizza dough recipe.
2. Mix equal parts tomato sauce and Kansas City Barbecue Sauce
3. Spread sauce on uncooked pizza dough. Evenly distribute cheese, chicken, and red onions. Cook pizza for 20-25 minutes
4. Top with fresh cilantro and serve. Makes 8 servings.
