Blackberry Jam


Add All Ingredients to Cart
4 lbs blackberries
2 c BBF Agave
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest


Put all ingredients directly into pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Pour jam into an airtight container. Jam will store in your refrigerator for several months or follow standard canning or freezer jam procedures.

Makes approximately 2 quarts
Serving size 1 tbsp.
