Peanut Butter Molten Lava Cakes
|1 1/2 Cup BBF Organic Coconut Sugar||
|1 Cup cocoa|
|1 tsp salt|
|1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)|
|2 1/2 Cups powdered milk|
|2 tsp cornstarch (optional)|
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for approximately 30 seconds, until well incorporated and the mix is a fine powder. Store in an airtight container. If keeping longer than a couple of weeks, use cornstarch to prevent mixture from clumping together. Stores indefinitely.
To prepare hot cocoa, fill a mug with 2-3 tbsp. mixture and add 6 oz hot milk. (If using powdered milk, you can prepare with hot water.) Stir to combine.
