2 Tbsp BBF Quinoa, cooked
1 Tbsp BBF Chia Seeds
Clear
30g protein powder or cocoa powder
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/4 tsp (optional) BBF Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla
1 Tbsp (optional) Honey
drizzle dark chocolate sauce
sprinkle cocoa powder
