Coconut Crusted Tilapia


Add All Ingredients to Cart
2 tilapia fillets
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup BBF Organic Coconut Flour


Mix dry ingredients together in a shallow dish or pie plate.

Dip fish pieces into egg and then coat with dry mixture.

Pan-fry in coconut oil. Top with mango salsa.
