2 Cup water
1 Cup BBF organic quinoa
1/4 Cup slivered almonds
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp fresh mint, minced
3/4 tsp (or to taste) salt
Pinch of pepper
1 Large (spiralized with 3mm blade) cucumber
12 ounces blackberries
1/4 Cup almond butter
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp BBF organic agave
2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
