Fresh Peach Pie


Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 whole wheat pie crust
6-7 peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 c water
1/3 c BBF Agave
1 peach, pitted
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 Tbsp corn starch


  1. Fill 1 pre-cooked pie crust with fresh sliced peaches
  2. In a blender, combine water, agave, peach, and lemon juice. Blend on “high” or “liquefy” until smooth
  3. Turn blender to low, remove the top and while blender is blending add 4 tbsp. of cornstarch 1 tbsp. at a time until fruit gel is thick
  4. Pour over the peach pie and refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve
  5. Top with Agave Sweetened Whipped Cream

Makes 8 servings
