PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
|2 bananas, sliced|
|1/2 Cup BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil||
|1/3 Cup cocoa powder|
|1/4 Cup BBF Agave||
|1 Tbsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla|
|1/4 Cup BBF Organic Agave||
|1 pinch sea salt|
|1/4 Cup chopped roasted peanuts|
Freeze sliced bananas in a single layer for several hours or overnight.
Gently heat the coconut oil, cocoa powder, PBFIt and agave together in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until ingredients are melted. Add vanilla and salt and mix.
Dip frozen banana slices into the sauce and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Quickly sprinkle a few peanuts onto each banana slice. Chill in the freezer until ready to eat.
