6oz fresh cranberries
1/2 Cup water
1/3 Cup BBF Organic Agave
4 slices whole grain french bread
2 Tbsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
2 slices havarti cheese
2oz brie cheese
1 pear, cut into thin slices


Bring cranberries, water and agave to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer for 5-6 minutes until cranberries pop and sauce thickens.

Spread BetterBody Foods(BBF) Virgin Organic Coconut Oil onto one side of each bread slice. Layer Brie, 2 tbsp cranberry sauce, pear slices and Havarti onto to bread. (Make sure cranberry sauce is in the middle of your sandwich so your bread doesn’t get soggy.)

Grill sandwich on med-low heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and grill other side until cheese is melted
