Lemon Basil Soda

If visitors were to come to earth from space, the best way to greet them would be to give them lemon basil soda. Why? We have yet to study it with science, but lemon basil soda may be very appealing to a space alien. How did we come to this conclusion? We have tried it and we love it. Even though you are likely not an extraterrestrial, we are pretty sure that you will like it too. What are you waiting for? Give it a try!

Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
4 parts soda water
1 cup water
3/4 cup organic agave
1 part lemon juice
6 basil leaves

Directions

Boil the water, Agave, and Basil for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
Put ice in glass, pour syrup over ice, approx. 3 tablespoons.
Fill 1/3 of the way with lemon juice. Top off with club soda.

Store syrup on an airtight container.
