PBfit Peanut Butter Apple Quinoa


Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 Cup BBF Organic Quinoa
2 Cups water
1/3 Cup BBF PBfit®
2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp BBF Organic Coconut Sugar
1 large honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced


In a large saucepan, bring quinoa and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, then cover and simmer until quinoa is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat.

Heat coconut oil in a small sauté pan. Add apples and coconut palm sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes, until apples are crisp-tender.

Stir in PBfit, agave and cinnamon into warm quinoa. Top with apples. Sprinkle additional cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
