PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
|1/3 Cup BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil||
|3 Tbsp quick oats|
|3/4 tsp cinnamon|
|4-6 pears, sliced and peeled|
|1 1/2 Cups whole wheat pastry flour|
|1/2 Cup BBF Organic Agave||
|1 tsp salt|
|2 tsp baking powder|
|1 Cup low-fat milk|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt the coconut oil in an 8” x 12” pan. (Place pan with oil in the oven as the oven preheats.) Combine oats and cinnamon, sprinkle over the coconut oil and drizzle with agave. Peel and slice pears into 1/4 inch pieces and place on top.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, agave, salt, baking powder and milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour over the pears and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
