Quick Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp BBF Organic agave
2 Tbsp BBF Organic avocado oil
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 sliced bell peppers
8 oz mushrooms, halved
1 small red onion, quartered
3 zucchini squash, cut in rounds
Dash salt & pepper

Directions

1. In a large bowl whisk together the first four ingredients until blended. Add all the vegetables and toss. Marinate for 20 - 30 minutes.

2. Heat grill on high setting. Place grill basket on grill and with a slotted spoon, spoon vegetables into grill basket. Rotate vegetables so that all get grilled evenly, brushing with extra marinade, approximately 8 - 10 minutes.

3. Serve as a side dish or an appetizer with the Spicy Peanut Sauce.
