PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
|1/3 Cup BBF Organic Agave||
|1/3 Cup white rice vinegar|
|1 Cup fresh raspberries|
|1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)|
Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve over salad greens. Stores in refrigerator for several weeks.
Hint: Blend one ice cube in the dressing to serve cold over salad.
