Sesame Veggies

Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
3 Tbsp BBF Organic Naturally Refined Coconut Oil
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 lb pea pods
1 Cup broccoli
2 Tbsp finely minced ginger root
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
3 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 Cup rice vinegar
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, BetterBody Foods (BBF) agave, rice vinegar, soy sauce and Sriracha.

2. Melt BBF coconut oil in large sauté pan over high heat. Add vegetables to the pan and cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat with oil. Clear space in the middle of the pan, add ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add dressing to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes until veggies are cooked but still crisp.

3. Remove from heat and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Optional: add any meat of your choice to the dish.
