PBfit Gluten Free Pancakes
|1/2 Cup unsweetened lite coconut milk|
|1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk|
|3/4 Cup chopped strawberries|
|2 Tbsp BBF Organic Chia Seeds||
|1/2 tsp BBF Organic Agave||
|1 tsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla|
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for several hours to allow chia to absorb the liquid.
Pour into ice cube trays or popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours or overnight.
