Superfood Quinoa Salad

Being super is easier than you think, literally just add a few extra superfoods to your daily lunch salad and next thing you know you just might be receiving a key to the city...or at least a happy belly. This superfood quinoa salad is loaded with blueberries and cacao to make one heck of a super salad. It's got such great flavors in every bite we seriously have to give it up to our girl Taylor over at FoodFaithFitness.

Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
1/2 Cup blueberries
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp BBF organic agave
1/2 tsp lemon zest, packed
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 Cups spring mix salad blend
2/3 Cup blueberries
1/4 Cup toasted almonds, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
