PBfit® & Banana Protein Smoothie
|1 1/2 lbs meat of your choice|
|1/2 Cup teriyaki sauce|
|2 Cups brown rice (cooked)|
|4 Cups Asian cabbage and sprout salad|
|(optional) toasted sesame seeds for garnish|
1. On a medium-heat grill, cook chicken breasts 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
2. Place on plate and drizzle with Teriyaki Sauce.
3. Serve with Asian Cabbage & Sprout Salad and brown rice.
