Two Bite Avocado Brownies

Avocados are your secret weapon to making super nutritious and super creamy brownies without all the excess cream, oil or butter. We love how these turned out and they make for a quick little sweet treat while you're on the run or making a big batch for a party or family dinner. Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 avocado
1/4 c manuka honey
1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
2/3 c BBF organic coconut flour
1/4 c LIVfit Superfood® cacao
1 tsp BBF organic bourbon madagascar vanilla


Pre-heat oven to 350
Mash the avocado (you don’t want any chunks) & mix it well with the honey & apple sauce. (I find that microwaving the honey for 30 seconds makes it easier to mix)
Add the coconut flour & cocao powder and stir well
Once everything is incorporated and there isn’t any clumps left, add in the vanilla extract
Pour the batter into mini muffin containers & bake in the oven for 15 minutes. This makes 24 brownies. Note- I only had one mini muffin container so I had to cook them in two batches.
