Banana Nut Muffins
|2 Cups all-purpose flour|
|1 Tbsp baking powder|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1/4 Cup BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil||
|3/4 Cup milk|
|4 oz brie, cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|2 Tbsp minced fresh herbs|
Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl, and then cut the Coconut Oil into the flour mix with a pastry cutter, a fork or your fingers until it looks mealy.
Next, add the brie and herbs, and finally the milk. Slowly stir in the milk. On a well-floured surface, roll out into a 3/4-inch-thick sheet and cut into rounds).
Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes (but check earlier, just in case)
