Beer Beef Marinade

Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 Can beer
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
1/2 Cup BBF Organic Agave
2 shallots, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Place round steak, flank steak, London broil, or other meat in the marinade overnight.

Grill on a hot grill to the desired level of doneness. Simmer leftover marinade until nice and thick.

Serve as a sauce on the side.

Serving size: 1 tbsp.
