Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
without fruit toppings
|1 Cup milk of choice|
|2 chai tea bags|
|1 frozen banana|
|1/4 tsp BBF organic bourbon madagascar vanilla|
|1 tsp BBF organic agave||

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk for one minute until it is hot and just begins to steam. Be careful not to scald your milk.
2. Put the tea bags in the milk and place in the refrigerator until chilled.
3. Remove tea bags and combine the milk, banana and vanilla in a high power blender and process until smooth. Tip with freshly ground nutmeg.
