|2 Tbsp BBF Organic Chia Seeds||
|2 Cups BBF Organic Quinoa, cooked||
|3/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese|
|1/2 Cup low-fat|
|1 medium sized carrots, finely grated|
|3 Tbsp all-purpose flour|
|2 green onions, including white parts|
|1/2 tsp BBF Organic Coconut Sugar||
|1/4 tsp black pepper|
|1/2 tsp ground cumin|
|1/2 tsp garlic powder|
|1/2 tsp onion powder|
|1 pinch salt|
|BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil for frying||
In a large bowl mix chia seeds and 6 tbsp. water and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the cooked quinoa, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, carrot, eggs, flour, green onions, sugar, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Mix well. Form quinoa mixture into 10 patties. The mixture will be sticky. Heat a frying pan and 2 tbsp. coconut oil over medium-low heat. Fry until golden-brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
