|1 lb cherries, pitted and chopped|
|2 shallots, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup chicken broth|
|3 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave||
|2 tsp orange or lemon zest|
|1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar|
|1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes|
In a sauté pan, add ingredients and bring to a boil.
Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
