Lemon Blueberry Muffins
|4 oz dark chocolate|
|1/2 Tbsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil||
|10 medium strawberries|
1. Place the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl add the coconut oil. Microwave on half power in 30 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
2. Holding the strawberry by the green tops, dip the strawberry ¾ of the way in the chocolate. Pull the strawberry straight out and let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl for a couple seconds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Allow chocolate to harden fully.
