Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs
Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies are the perfect summer goodie. No need to sweat over an oven, simply mix the ingredients, chill and enjoy. We added powdered peanut butter to these no-bake cookies to reduce the fat and calorie content so it’s ok to have an extra, we won’t judge you.

|3/4 Cup BBF Organic Virgin Coconut Oil||
|1/4 Cup BBF Organic Cacao Powder||

|3 Cups Old-fashioned Rolled Oats|
|1 1/4 Cup BBF PBfit®||
|1 Tbsp BBF Organic Vanilla|
|1/2 tsp Sea Salt|
1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Bring the coconut palm sugar, almond milk, coconut oil and cacao to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Let boil for one minute. Remove from the heat. Add the hemp, crushed peanuts, oats, PBfit®, vanilla and salt, and stir thoroughly to combine.
3. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into cookies. Place in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes until cooled and hardened. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
