|1 Cup BBF Organic Agave||
|2/3 Cup low-fat milk|
|1 tsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla|
|1 tsp almond extract (optional)|
|2 Cups whole wheat pastry flour|
|3/4 tsp baking powder|
|3/4 tsp salt|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Mix wet ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
