3 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
2/3 c BBF Agave

1 tsp BBF Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Place four 6-ounce custard cups in an 8x8 inch baking dish
  3. In a small sauté pan, heat 1/3 cup agave and cinnamon. While stirring frequently, bring to gentle boil and continue cooking until color deepens slightly
  4. Pour equal amounts into custard cups
  5. Combine eggs, milk, 1/3 cup agave and vanilla
  6. Whisk together until mixed but not foamy. Pour egg mixture into custard cups
  7. Place baking dish on middle rack of oven; pour boiling water into baking dish around custard cups to 1-inch depth
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  9. Loosen edges of individual custards with a sharp knife; invert onto dessert plates and serve immediately
