Sesame Chia Crackers
|1/3 cup BBF Avocado Oil Mayo|
|1/4 cup BBF Coconut Vinegar|
|1 Tbsp Monk Fruit simple syrup (find instructions on our recipe page)|
|3/4 tsp celery seeds|
|1 tsp kosher salt|
|1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper|
|1/2 medium green cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)|
|1/2 medium red cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)|
|2 medium carrots, peeled; shredded|
|2 green onions, chopped|
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, monkfruit simple syrup (recipe here: https://www.betterbodyfoods.com/recipes/monk-fruit-simple-syrup/), celery seeds, salt and pepper.
2. Combine cabbage, carrots and green onions in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and stir until combined.
