Lemon Shortbread Sandwich Cookies
A delicious side dish that is perfect for any summertime barbecue. Best of all, it was made using some of your favorite BetterBody Foods (BBF) ingredients!
|BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil||

|salt (to taste)|
|cayenne pepper (to taste)|
|feta cheese (to taste)|
|lime juice (to taste)|
1. First, lightly drizzle the corn with coconut oil.
2. Place directly on the grill or wrapped in tin foil for 30-40 minutes or until golden-brown, turning occasionally.
3. Take the corn off the heat and season with salt, lime juice, cayenne pepper and feta cheese to taste.
