|1/2 Cup pitted dates|
|1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes|
|1/2 Cup shredded carrots|

|3/4 Cup raw cashews soaked overnight in warm water|
|1 1/2 Tbsp BBF organic virgin coconut oil||
