Peach Breakfast Quinoa Chia Pudding

Chia pudding and breakfast quinoa in one bite? Yes, this duo exists and yes it's just as good as Batman and Robin, salt and pepper, even Netflix and chill. This breakfast bowl combines the best of every superfood you can imagine with creamy chia puddin' and a little morning crunch from quinoa all topped off with peaches (don't have peaches don't worry, substitute for any fruit you got laying around the kitchen).

Quinoa -
1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp BBF organic agave
1 tsp BBF organic bourbon madagascar vanilla
1/2 Cup BBF organic quinoa
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Peaches -
1 large peach, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 tsp thinly sliced fresh mint, packed
Chia Pudding -
1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 Cup BBF organic chia seeds
1 Tbsp BBF organic agave
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
