Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
without fruit toppings
The peach ice cream sweetened with BetterBody Foods (BBF) Organic Agave is delicious enough to enjoy it by itself, but at BBF, we always love trying to take things to the next level flavor wise! With a little creative mixing we combined BBF Organic Agave with our Chocolate PBfit® to add one fantastic topping to any ice cream.
|3 eggs (beaten)|
|1 1/4 Cup BBF Organic Agave||

|5 fresh peaches|
|2 Cups heavy cream|
|1 Cup half and half|
|1 tsp BBF Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla|
|4 Tbsp BBF Chocolate PBfit®||
|4 Tbsp almond milk|
|1 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave||

1. In large bowl, mix together eggs and sugar until smooth; puree peaches in blender or food processor and stir 5 cups of puree into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, BBF Organic Agave (1 1/4 Cup), vanilla and salt and mix well.
2. Pour mixture into freezer canister of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
3. For Chocolate PBfit® Drizzle, simply add all remaining ingredients together and mix until smooth.
