|3/4 cup rolled oats|
|3/4 cup unsweetened milk of your choice|
|1/2 banana sliced|
|2 tsp BBF Organic Coconut Sugar||
|1 Tbsp PBfit||
1. Layer all ingredients in a mason jar, starting with the oats.
2. Add milk last.
3. Place lid on mason jar and shake well to combine the ingredients.
4. Place jar in fridge overnight.
