Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup plain pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp LIVfit Superfood Organic Super Seeds Blend

Directions

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, spoon mixture into jars with tight fitting lid. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but best if overnight.
