1/2 Cup orange juice
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup uncooked BBF Organic Quinoa
1 small acorn squash with the seeds removed
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 Cup fresh cranberries
8 Cups spinach
1/2 Cup cilantro, roughly chopped
3 Mandarin oranges, zest included
3 Tbsp Tahini
3/4 tsp fresh ginger, grated
