1 cup diced onions
2 cans white beans (15.5 oz each), drained
1/3 cup BBF Monk Fruit Sweetener

3 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 Tbsp BBF Coconut Vinegar

2 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together BBF Monkfruit Sweetener, mustard, lemon, liquid smoke, tomato paste, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add onions and beans and gently stir until the beans are coated.
3. Pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
