Strawberry Jam

Clean strawberries and remove stems. Lightly blend strawberries, agave, lemon juice and zest in blender (you want to keep it chunky). Pour mixture into pot, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, Let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour jam into an airlight container. Jam will store in your refrigirator for several months or follow standard canning or freezer jam procedures.

Makes approximately 2 quarts
Serving size 1 tbsp.

3 c BBF Agave
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
