Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

|3 Tbsp BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil||
|1/3 Cup popcorn kernals|
|2 Tbsp BBF PBfit®||
|1 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave||

In a medium to large saucepan, place BetterBody Foods(BBF) coconut oil and add in the popcorn kernels and continuously move the pan over the heat.
Move the saucepan rapidly over the heat (be careful) holding onto the lid until the kernels stop popping.
Once the kernels have stopped popping, place in large bowl, wait for it to cool and drizzle with agave nectar.
While stirring the popcorn, add peanut butter powder and salt.
