The Ultimate Quinoa Burger

|1 cup coleslaw cabbage mix|
|2 oz shredded chicken (about 1/2 cup)|
|1/3 cup BBF organic quinoa||

|1 green onion, chopped|
|1/4 shelled edamame|
|2 Tbsp cilantro|
|1/4 cup cucumber or celery|
|1/4 mandarin oranges (naturally sweetened, not in syrup)|
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken, quinoa, onion, edamame, cilantro, and cucumber.
In a small bowl, whisk pb2, water, and honey together. Whisk in mayo, and then vinegar and soy sauce. Toss on salad.
